User Guide
- Click the “Register” button on the top right corner and register an account with a valid mobile number. If the registrant is a real estate agent, please fill in the relevant fields in the registration page.
- If you have already registered an account, you may click the “Login” button on the top right corner. An SMS verification code will be sent to your mobile (via the registered mobile number) for every login.
- You can check previous registration record(s) and sort those record(s) by "Status" using the drop-box menu in the main page.
- You may click the “Create” button on the top right corner after a successful login in order to register for an available time stated under the corresponding “Information on Sales Arrangements”.
- Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form once you have confirmed the terms and conditions of registration.
- Once all fields marked with asterisk "*" have been completed, the registration form can be saved and a new record will be created in the main page accordingly.
- Once a record is created (meaning all "*" fields have been completed), you may continue to complete other parts of the registration form by pressing “Edit” button.
- Please check that all input data is true, accurate and correct. Then, please click the “Submit” button at the end of the registration page to submit the registration.
- All registration record cannot be further varied, edited or cancelled after submission. If you would like to edit the submitted registration, please press “Copy” on the record. You may revise it after the new registration record has been created by pressing “Edit”.
- After submitting the online registration, you are required to attend the sales office to submit the cashier order(s) / Cheque(s) and all other required document(s). The registration number will be assigned for a relevant record and shown in the main page after the registration process is successfully completed.
- If you intend to copy the information of a completed registration, please press the “Copy” button under the relevant registration record in main page.
- If you want to submit another registration for a new round of sale, you can press “Re-apply” button under the relevant registration record in main page. The new record will be created after confirmation and meanwhile you should exchange a new Receipt of Registration of Intent with an existing Receipt of Registration of Intent at the sales office.
- If you have not purchased any specified residential property and intend to withdraw the submission, you are required to attend the sales office to withdraw the submission. “Withdrew” status will be shown after you withdrew the completed Registration of Intent successfully.
